• We only ship products within India. Orders outside of India will not be processed.

• We accept payments through secure payment gateways, including PhonePe. Please note that the payment merchant name displayed on your transaction receipt will appear as “Lala Bag.”

• RM Magic reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent activity or incorrect pricing is suspected.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping will be delivered with in 5 to 6 working days.

• Products will be delivered to the address provided during the order process.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

• RM Magic is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

7. 7-Day Return Policy

• We offer a 7-day return policy for all eligible products. To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer support team at rmmagic.com@gmail.com

• Refund Process:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will  refund within 3-5 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For PhonePe transactions, please allow 2-4 additional business days for your bank to reflect the amount in your account.

8. User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Engage in any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities.

• Interfere with the security or functionality of the website.
