- Payments are processed through secure payment gateways including PhonePe.
- The payment merchant name appearing in your bank statement may display as “Lala Bag”.
- RM Magic reserves the right to cancel orders if fraudulent activity or pricing errors are detected.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are usually delivered within 5–6 working days.
- Products will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays.
- RM Magic is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
7. 7-Day Return Policy
We provide a 7-day return policy for eligible products.
Return Eligibility
- The product must be unused.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The purchase receipt must be included.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process
- After the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- For PhonePe transactions, banks may take 2–4 additional business days to reflect the refund.
